It only requires 10 days out of the entire school year, making it manageable for schools while still creating a lasting impact on students.

As students apply these skills in their daily lives and share their experiences, these life skills naturally become part of their foundation for emotional wellness, healthier relationships, greater confidence, and stronger resilience.
This program can be hosted in a classroom once a month with meaningful themes students can practice together throughout the year, such as:
