Hosts have the flexibility to choose the session schedule. There are two program options, both include 10 sessions. The first offers 15 total program hours with 90 minutes per session, and the second offers 7.5 program hours with 45 minutes per session. Typical schedules include:
• 10 weeks - 90 minute session/week - We highly recommend this option! Participants have time to build connections, do activities, have discussions, learn skills and practice the targeted skill for a week before building the next skill.)
• 10 weeks - 45 minute session/week - This option offers a condensed version of the curriculum with less activities for those who need shorter session times. Participants have a week to practice the targeted skill before building the next skill.
• 2 weeks - 1 session/day (M-F) - This option may be desirable for summer camps and provides a way to build connections, do activities, introduce skills and practice the skill for a day.
• 2 days - 5 sessions/day - This option may be desirable for retreats and is more intensive.
